Referral Scheme

As part of our continuing commitment to providing high quality staff to our clients, TPS operates
a bonus scheme for the referral of candidates or requirements* worth up to £500. The bonus is dependent upon the
successful placement of the candidate on assignment or fulfilment of the requirement by TPS. You don’t even have to
work for us to qualify! Details of how our referral scheme works can be obtained from your local office.
This scheme is purely discretionary and in the event of a disputed fee, TPS’s decision shall be final.
*The scheme is not available to employees of TPS clients.
Under the scheme you will be eligible for a one-off payment of up to £500 subject to the following conditions:
You submit the CV of a candidate for a specific vacancy TPS has within one of our clients.
TPS has not already contacted the candidate for that vacancy.
We successfully place the candidate into that vacancy.
You will also be eligible for a referral fee if you secure a contract position for yourself, and choose to work through TPS.
You, or the referred candidate, must work for at least 4 weeks.
This scheme is purely discretionary and in the event of a disputed fee, TPS’s decision shall be final.
When sending in the CV please clearly state the role you are putting the CV forward for, and that if the candidate is successfully placed you wish to claim a referral fee.
Finally, please note this scheme is not available to candidates who wish to refer themselves for one of TPS’s current
vacancies.
